Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@deskform.co.uk. Please contact us before returning any item. Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided once your return request has been reviewed and approved.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain products may not be eligible for return where permitted by law, including personalised or custom-made products. Please contact us if you have any questions about whether a specific item is eligible for return.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without justification. The item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item and confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and display the refund.
